This was a very meaningful and interesting visit by the former president, but what’s really the message?
After reviewing the imagery and visit context, I find myself in awe of a man so absolutely disconnected from the people for which he fanes support.
Let’s talk about McDonalds
So, if you want to be a part of the community that works at McDonalds, start with a walk through that neighborhood to understand it. Some of these smaller towns in PA where skilled labor jobs are few are likely working at Mc Donald’s to survive, not necessarily eat there. Further, this begs the question who in that community does use/leverage the location? Weird!
Next, Donald should have started as a customer and taken note of the ordering kiosks. Oh yes, the touch screens that have reduced the employee count and made “cooks”, like Donald Trump, workload in rush hours much more intense.
Every McDonald’s franchise is a BUSINESS, you remember those Donald, or maybe you forgot about the suckers that run honest ones!
I am disappointed in both candidates in 2024. The bar is so low here, people are trying to make the best choice and I personally can’t find the strength to click/punch/switch for either. The US is no longer a world economic power, we’re in the same band as the UK, delivering little product/export and pushing money around to prop up a failing economy while growing a new generation of entitled young whose education has been diluted down to lowest common denominators, hollow STEM awards and gross mediocrity in school curriculums at all levels. Our colleges have become businesses, shedding ethics and replacing them with dorms. It’s actually a really great business and growing on the backs of families retirement dollars.
